We aim to provide your business with first class service from start to finish,
resulting in a top quality web site .
Following a first consultation and approval of an initial draft visual of a projected site, a deposit is required. This covers the advance charges incurred ie. initial domain registration and hosting fees, and also acknowledges the complexity of designing a website, particularly the time investment required. The deposit is 20% of the total estimated cost for the development of the website, which is agreed with the client from the outset.
Once the website is live to the Internet, we issue a final invoice which is payable within 15 days.
Should we not receive payment promptly, we reserve the right to charge interest on the outstanding amount and if the account is not paid within 30 days, we reserve the right to withdraw the website and put a holding page in place until the invoice is paid.
